Job Summary:
We are partnering with a leading middle market investment bank located in San Francisco, actively seeking to add an Associate 2 or 3 to their Biopharma/BioTech Team. This team is focused on the Biotech / Life Sciences space and is looking for Investment Banking Associates with 1+ year of M&A experience within the Healthcare space.
To be considered for this role, you need the following:
Qualifications:
- +1 years of Investment Banking experience
- Experience building financial models, valuations, pitchbooks, CIMs etc.
- Strong accounting skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
